The Loch Arkaig osprey cam is now live! Our resident pair Louis and Aila are expected to return any time from the beginning of April. We expect other birds to drop in and check out the nest too, and perhaps even the occasional night-time visitor. The camera will be live throughout the 2020 season to bring you a glimpse of forest life from the Scottish Highlands. Ospreys are pretty good at catching fish. Sometimes their excellent hunting skills reward them with 2. Both of these floppy danglers are catfish and the local fishing regulations dictate 1 catfish per Osprey dive. You know what that means? This bird is breaking the law.
