A homeless encampment in Olympia, Washington. Olympia is considered one of the most liberal cities in Washington, which is saying a lot considering there is Seattle. Over 100 acres look like this. I spoke to several homes who said the help is minimal. The only help is the weekly handing out of pipes. Why is it that the most liberal cities have the most cruel practices?
