When the bees hang a not to be disturbed sign on their hives for the winter there are few beekeepers that don’t feel a real sense of loss over the winter. This is mingled with the concern that all will be fine come the spring but for now the only option is to hope that all is well within the hives. To open and check would break all the seals which would be detrimental to the bees so we are just carrying on with the long task of jarring honey over winter. #bees #honey #winter | Manchester Honey C
