Busking used to be a jailable offense in Seattle. That all changed in 1974, when singer and songwriter Jim Page led the charge to make street performing legal. Page, who’s been named as one of Seattle’s most influential musicians, will debut his new album “The Time Is Now” this Saturday at 4 p.m. at the The Royal Room. 🎸 Update!
