When I found out about this castle inside an old-growth forest, I knew it was a must-see in NW Kentucky. The castle is actually the nature center and you can climb the stairs to the top for free. The windows allow you to look out at the blooming trees, beautiful roof tops, and fascinating stone architecture throughout the park. These trees blooms anytime between late March and the mid- April.
