This week, Citizens Advice is running its annual Scams Awareness campaign, and I wanted to warn you that my office has been alerted to a particular scam that is currently doing the rounds. Scam text messages pretending to be from a Government department are being sent that claim the recipient is eligible for a 'living expenses subsidy'.
