◯店名 【煮干しらぁめん 猫トラ亭】 ◯評価 食べログ3.71（2026年1月時点） 食べログラーメンKANAGAWA百名店（2024-2025） 2014年にオープンしたこちらのお店は神奈川屈指の豚骨ラーメン「うまいよゆうちゃんラーメン」と同じ通り沿いにある神奈川屈指の煮干しラーメン店です。 店主さんは相模大野の百名店「鈴木ラーメン店」出身。 この日は3軒目に訪問。 平日木曜日15時20分頃に到着、すぐに入る事ができました！ ・注文したもの ◯ 煮干しらぁめん 900円 店内はカウンターのみ10席。 ラーメンは6分ほどで提供されました。 黄金色のスープ、非常に美しく整えられた麺、チャーシュー、メンマ、ネギなどが入った1杯。 スープはアタック優しめ、煮干しの旨味が主体となっていますが酸味は穏やか。とてもふくよかな味わいで染み渡る複雑な旨味がたまりません。煮干し以外に魚介系が入っていると書かれていたので、貝なども少しいるのかなと想像。後半の香りや味わいの広がり方が力強く、3軒目であるにもかかわらず、するすると飲める危険なスープでした。 麺は中細のストレート。 ほんのり固めで噛み締めると小
