IYKYK😅 That mid back is a real sucker for pain lemme tell yas I’m sure I’ll get a lot of “why’s” here & this can honestly boil down to a lot of different issues or compensation patterns in general. I’ve found that working on getting my ribcage and thoracic moving properly has been very helpful when it comes to improving this, but again- just a piece to the puzzle.
