It was reported that a boat sank by the reef today. Ramon’s boat to the rescue; everyone is okay. UPDATE: Island Emergency Services reports that EMT Abner Bacab, Tyron Young along with Tropical Wind Tours - Alfredo Rubio were at the scene to assist in the rescue the four persons who were in the boat when it went under. They are happy to report that there was no loss of life or injuries. | Ambergris Today

A woman was lucky to have escaped serious injury this afternoon after she overturned her ATV four-wheeler on the beach. According to eye-witnesses, the woman lost control of the four-wheeler motorcycle and overturned in the water. RRR Emergency Response made it on site to assist with emergency services. They mentioned that the lady was lucky as she just received minor scrapes and bruises. | Ambergris Today
