Here is what North Dakota Department of Transportation is trying to clean up between Jamestown and Fargo. This video, of the eastbound lane on I-94 west of Casselton, shows the entire lane covered in snow. The #NDHP trooper was patrolling this section of the closed road to ensure no one attempted to travel through the area.
