At first I said it was a tian because that’s how I know it. Then, after reading so many of your comments, I learned that when you add tomato sauce underneath, the real name is actually confit byaldi (or bayaldi). Always learning 🫶🏻 No matter what we call it, summer is coming to an end soon so if you haven’t tried this dish yet, it’s maybe time! 📌
