HURRICANE CAMILLE DIARY - Worth a listen, 50 years later. Virginia State Trooper Edward Tinsley documented the aftermath of unprecedented rainfall caused by Camille -- 31" in just 6 hours -- in Nelson County the night of August 19, 1969.
