This was our little groups best find of 2025. We metal detect for float copper in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula using Minelab Equinox metal detectors. The float copper we find was carried(floated) by the glaciers after the glaciers ripped these pieces of copper from veins of copper in the bedrock. Where they deposited them is where we find them.
