The Jungle Room originally a screened in porch at Graceland that Elvis had closed in the mid 1960s.. Elvis called the room "the den" The room served as a space for relaxing and entertaining and the final recording session for Elvis.. It wasn't until after Elvis's death that the fans nicknamed room "The Jungle Room" due to its tropical decor which included a rock waterfall, green shag carpet, the Polynesian style furniture and the "tiki style featuring artificial ferns..
