I made Potato Hamburg Steak! 🍽️ Usually, Hamburg steak is served with mashed potatoes, but I mixed steamed potatoes into the patty mixture to make it extra soft and tender. I also added carrots, green onions, and onions, which balanced the flavors perfectly, making the dish light and not greasy at all. (Since the patties themselves are not seasoned, the sauce is a must for the full, rich flavor! 😆) A big bite of potato hamburg steak rice kimchi = pure happiness! Hope you all enjoy a delicious
