Today, we remember our #BuffaloSoldiers. In 1866, through an act of Congress, legislation was adopted to create six all African American Army units, many who went on to fight in the Spanish-American and Philippine-American Wars. The Buffalo Soldier regiments served the United States Army with distinction and honor.
