This Barn Owl was one of three owlets that came in after accidentally being relocated on a hay bale. It may sound odd, but it's an annual occurrence when hay is picked up for distribution. Bald Eagle releases are amazing every single time. This bird was found on the ground fighting with another adult eagle in late November. The two birds had their talons locked into each other before the other eagle finally flew off, leaving this one on the ground unable to stand or fly away.
