The first Polar Bear Plunge took place in 1997 and since then, our Plunge has gotten so large it has broken up into 5 different Plunge properties, Super Plunge, Cool Schools Plunge, Police Plunge, Corporate Plunge, with multiple plunges on Maryland Plunge day.
