Saquon Barkley hurdled backward into the highlight reel and ran straight toward the record book in his first season with the Philadelphia Eagles. He set the franchise season record for yards rushing.

A pparently Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown isn’t the only member of the team that has a library card.  His teammate running back Saquon Barkley admits that he too has reached for the self-help literature and credits it for his success.

Barkley got his start at Whitehall High School in Whitehall, Pennsylvania, where he was also a star running back for the Whitehall Zephyrs. He came to know the Hartmans because Bob Hartman, Maisey and Zack's father, is the athletic director at Whitehall.
