Jarrett has ended his Falcons tenure with 36.5 sacks, 496 tackles, and two Pro Bowl appearances. From 2017 to 2022, he recorded four or more sacks in each season except for one. Injuries shortened his 2023 campaign and he finished the year with just 1.5 sacks and 23 tackles. However, he bounced back in 2024 with 53 tackles and 12 quarterback hits.
Jarrett, 31, made two Pro Bowls for Atlanta in his decade there—receiving the honor in 2019 and 2020. His 36.5 career sacks rank 10th in team history, and he sacked New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady three times during the Falcons' 34–28 overtime loss in Super Bowl LI.
The team agreed to a deal for veteran defensive tackle Grady Jarrett for $43.5 million over three years Monday, a source said, shortly after agreeing to sign defensive end Dayo Odeyingbo. He played 10 seasons for the Falcons, including starting every game last season, and made the Pro Bowl in 2019 and ’20. They released him early Monday.
