Roman Anthony hit a walk-off single in the bottom of the 10th to lead the Red Sox past the Astros in a Friday night thriller.

In his first major league start of the season — after spending most of this season with Triple A Worcester — righthander Cooper Criswell cruised for seven innings, allowing one run, seven hits, and two walks.
