Severe storms with potential for strong winds and flash flooding will impact central Arkansas from around 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Wednesday.

Parts of West Arkansas have already received more than two inches of rain. Two inches of rain or more may still come, so a Flood Watch is in effect in West Arkansas.
