ASUS ROG just announced the Kithara gaming headset, which is a device intended to bring "audiophile-grade sound" to gaming.

Co-developed with HIFIMAN, the wired Kithara blends 100mm planar drivers, open-back staging and a full-band MEMS mic for competitive play and music.

Developed with HIFIMAN, the ROG Kithara headset offers true high-fidelity planar magnetic sound making it suitable for competitive and immersive gaming as well as music.
