STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Police are investigating a report of a burglary early Wednesday morning at a home in Westerleigh. The incident was reported at about 2:33 a.m. at a home in the vicinity of Constant Avenue and Virginia Place, according to a spokesman for the NYPD’s Deputy Commissioner of Public Information.
