Former journalist and former CNN host Don Lemon has reportedly been arrested for his filming of an ICE protest at a church.

The 59-year-old journalist, who is in California covering this weekend's Grammys, was reportedly taken into custody Thursday evening.

Don Lemon has said he was reporting as a journalist at a Minnesota church where protestors said a pastor also worked for ICE.

Lemon's "constitutionally protected work in Minneapolis was no different than what he has always done," his lawyer, Abbe Lowell, said.
