SALT LAKE CITY, UT - In the first-ever game played in Utah for New Jersey, the Devils prevailed 3-1 at Delta Arena on Saturday night. Nico Hischier, Timo Meier and Curtis Lazar scored for the Devils while goalie Nico Daws stopped 24 of 25 shots.
The New Jersey Devils spoiled the Utah Hockey Club’s perfect home stand, beating them 3-1 on Saturday. UHC finished the stint with a 3-1-0 record, which was good enough to put them back into playoff contention.
