Democrats are preparing to use Elon Musk and Medicaid as two lightning rods in the 2026 midterms, a new ad campaign suggests.

N.Y., is calling on Democrats to organize in GOP-heavy districts to push back against the Trump agenda and what she claims will be drastic cuts to Medicaid.
