Super League’s first venture to Las Vegas was a resounding success, with Wigan Warriors and Warrington Wolves taking to the field at the Allegiant Stadium on Saturday evening. Now, hype is already beginning to grow ahead of the 2026 edition of an event which is already a firm fan-favourite.

For those not familiar with rugby league and rugby union, it would be easy to confuse the pair as simply 'rugby'.

Saturday’s game day began with an English Super League match in which the Wigan Warriors routed the Warrington Wolves, 48-24. Bringing the Brits into the fray was a brilliant move, because no fan base sings and parties harder than the Brits. They were heard all week up and down Vegas Strip and in every casino.

For anyone following last week's rugby league takeover of Las Vegas from back home in England, it was impossible not to feel a degree of jealousy.
