Two Minnesota fishermen made an unexpected discovery beneath the Mississippi River this week when sonar technology led them to what authorities say could be a break in a decades-old cold case.

Authorities are working to learn if a car found in the Mississippi River might be connected to a missing person case from 1967.

The car found in the Mississippi River near Sartell belonged to a man who has been missing for nearly 58 years.
