Dickerson, who is week-to-week after suffering a meniscus injury Sunday, had surgery Wednesday, and arrived Thursday bearing some cold refreshments for his teammates and members of the Browns.

Fresh off surgery on his injured meniscus, Landon Dickerson played bartender at the Eagles-Browns joint practice Thursday.

More notable perhaps than the preseason game opponents cracking a beer on the practice field, was that Dickerson was walking around with a sleeve on his right leg following a procedure to fix up a meniscus issue.
