Yep. We said it. But fear not. A winter weather advisory is in effect for parts of the tri-state into Tuesday afternoon, with a wintry mix, including freezing rain, expected to pelt the region throughout much of the day.

At 2:04 p.m. on Tuesday, the National Weather Service released an updated winter weather advisory in effect until 7 p.m. for Bradford, Susquehanna, Wyoming, Lackawanna and Luzerne counties.
