WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) - It’s another cool start to the day with morning temperatures in the 40s. Areas of dense fog continue across Kansas, but will burn off by midday. Expect another day with mostly cloudy skies, but warmer temps ranging from the 60s to the 70s. Winds will be breezy from the south.
Patchy fog will stick around tonight as we get a break from the rain, but returning storms Friday bring the potential for severe weather.
Friday's severe outlook is for the afternoon and evening. The main window of opportunity for severe weather will be between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. There could be a few storms capable of producing quarter size hail or larger,
