Allen, 30, was a first-round pick for Washington back in 2017, and has since amassed 42 sacks, 401 tackles, 60 tackles for loss, 118 quarterback hits, five passes defended and forced two fumbles. Defensive tackle was certainly an area of need for the Vikings entering free agency, and signing Allen will certainly give the line a boost.
