Miami Vice has returned! The Miami Heat‘s decision to bring back “Vice uniforms” for the 2024-2025 season was made on January 16th. Starting on Friday, January 17th, against the Denver Nuggets, the players will play the rest of the season at home in their original 2017-18 jerseys.

This Friday’s game will be a big one for the Miami Heat. Not only is Jimmy Butler set to return after his seven-game suspension, but the team will be showing off one of their most popular jerseys. According to NBACentral,

Four years after the Heat’s ultra-successful Vice campaign came to an end in 2021, the team announced Thursday morning that it’s bringing back the white Vice uniform that it originally wore during the 2017-18 season and began the four-season Vice campaign that included five different uniforms.
