A demonstration was blocking traffic in downtown Seattle, the Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) reported at 5 p.m. Monday. However, SDOT announced around 6:45 p.m. that demonstrators had cleared out. The gathering appeared to be an “ICE Out for Good” protest headed to the Federal Building, as posted online.
Get Target to denounce ICE, those chuds terrorizing and murdering people in Target’s hometown, and to stop allowing them to operate in their stores. Shouldn’t the company do something? Money is power and Target is the fourth largest employer in Minnesota.

On Saturday, crowds gathered at locations across Seattle to remember Alex Pretti and protest his killing by federal Border patrol agents. We spoke with attendees about their reaction to the news and why they hit the streets.
The traffic impacts came as hundreds of demonstrators marched through neighborhoods across the Seattle area earlier in the day.
Protesters gathered at City Hall on Friday to oppose federal immigration enforcement, joining a nationwide strike aimed at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Ross DiMattei reports.
