Columbus police officers went to wrong address during welfare check before Ohio dentist and wife were found shot to death 40 minutes later by friend.

Newly-released body camera footage shows a Columbus officer arriving at the wrong home, following a welfare check call regarding Spencer Tepe and his wife Monique, who were later found fatally shot.

Police conducting a welfare check on the slain Ohio dentist and his wife reportedly went to the wrong address before the couple was found shot dead inside their home as they two young children cried.
