Twelve people have been hospitalized after a motorcoach bus crash on Interstate 85 in Brunswick County early Tuesday morning.

An internal investigation found a Fredericton Transit bus driver was breaking the speed limit a minute before it crashed while operating in a storm that brought a mix of snow and ice in late December.
