The Denver Broncos (12-3) lost to the Jacksonville Jaguars (11-4) in Week 16 of the 2025 NFL season at Empower Field at Mile High on Sunday afternoon. Despite the 34-20 loss, Denver still has a chance to win the AFC West and claim the conference's No. 1 seed over the next two weeks.

Dondrea Tillman and Jonah Elliss converged on a huge sack on the very next play and quickly got the Chiefs into a third and 19. Elliss would read a screen pass perfectly to push them back another five yards to bring out the Chiefs field goal unit for a 53-yard field goal.

The AFC-leading Denver Broncos (12-2) defeated the Green Bay Packers (9-4-1) 34-26 in Week 15 of the 2025 NFL season at Empower Field at Mile High in Denver, Colorado, on Sunday afternoon.

The Denver Broncos won the opening coin toss and deferred to the second half to bring out Trevor Lawrence and the Jacksonville Jaguars offense to start the game. Interestingly, the Jaguars only sent out former-Broncos wide receiver Tim Patrick as their lone team captain on the coin toss.

The turnover seemingly flipped the game, as the Broncos rallied and took control. Making matters worse, the Packers then lost defensive star Micah Parsons to a knee injury, as he went down without contact while trying to make a cut as he chased Denver QB Bo Nix.

The Broncos’ first drive continued to eat up solid gains in a methodical manner. They got inside the red zone on a short pass to Lil’Jordan Humphrey that came up just short of the first down marker. On third and inches, Bo Nix would dive forward for yet another first down at the Chiefs 14.
