Browns 2026 NFL draft order: CLE’s floor set, will draft inside Top 10 if they win out
Before the start of Week 17, Cleveland was slotted with the third overall pick and a strong chance to select at the top of the 2026 NFL draft order. Even if the Browns win their final two games of the season to finish with a 5-12 record, Cleveland would at worst be picking ninth overall.
McCoy (6-0, 195) was dominant as a sophomore in 2024. A big, powerful corner, he forced 12 incompletions, broke up six passes and made four picks last season. However, he missed all of 2025 after tearing an ACL last winter. Athletically, he’s the real deal. Whether or not teams have seen enough to lock him in as top-25 pick? We’ll see.
Mendoza (Indiana) and Moore (Oregon) are the primary top-10 attractions in many mock drafts, with Mendoza drawing heat for pro‑ready mechanics and leadership. Moore’s athletic ceiling and downfield arm give him appealing upside for offenses that push tempo and spread concepts.
The Falcons Wire on MSN
Two Falcons rookies picked in top 10 of Todd McShay's 2025 NFL redraft
The Falcons currently rank second in the NFL with 50 total sacks this season. Pearce leads all rookies with 8.5 sacks, while Walker ranks second with 5.5. Atlanta was thrilled to land Walker with the 15th overall pick, and the team felt strongly enough about Pearce to trade away a future first-round pick to go up and draft him at pick No. 26.
With Christmas in the books and a calendar flip on the horizon, the NFL turns from velvet red robes to 2026 resolutions.
The NFL playoff picture remains a jumbled mess ahead of Week 17. But who should your team hope to be facing once the dust settles?
Here are my favorite bets for the Week 17 slate starting with three Christmas Day games. Be sure to check out DraftKings for all the latest game odds & team props for every matchup this week on the NFL schedule!
The NFL's Christmas tripleheader on Dec. 25 features matchups that have lost their initial appeal due to injuries.
