After watching Thunderbolts*, I am almost certain that Avengers: Doomsday will be a mix of two major MCU Phase 3 movies. As of Thunderbolts* ending, the titular team is actually going by another name.
Avengers: Endgame could very well be adding every MCU character ever at this rate. One more previously-dead character is shuffling back on to this mortal coil for a potentially very brief cameo.
