A familiar streaming perk is evolving into something new, giving subscribers another choice in how they experience their favorite shows.

Amazon Prime subscribers will no longer be able to stream 4K movies, shows, or sporting events without paying extra for a new “Ultra” tier that costs $5 a month. It’s yet another example of a Prime membership becoming less and less valuable.
