If the New Orleans Saints are going to push their win streak to four games this weekend against the Tennessee Titans, they'll have to do so without several key players.

The Saints had an intriguing trade deadline all-around, and speculation surrounded Alvin Kamara, but his desire to stay in New Orleans kept him here.

Tyler Shough has been a revelation since he became the New Orleans Saints' starting quarterback. The rookie has led the Saints to four wins in his seven starts, including a win in the last three games.

Kamara thus will miss a fifth consecutive contest due to the sprained MCL that he suffered Week 12 against the Falcons. His last chance to play again this season is a Week 18 visit to the Falcons, but the Saints have been out of the playoff picture for some time, so it'd be somewhat of a surprise if Kamara suits up for that contest.

The Saints held a walk-through practice Tuesday in order to give the players a day off for the Christmas holiday. Alvin Kamara was one of five who were not present.
