Once Jokic went down with a brutal injury, the Nuggets' desperation to have some reinforcements to ease the load off of Murray's shoulder increased manifold. While Jokic isn't returning anytime soon, the imminent return of Gordon and Braun would be a major shot in the arm for Denver and revitalize the franchise.

Getting both starters back to join Jamal Murray would certainly be a refreshing addition to the Nuggets' rotation, especially while without other big names like Nikola Jokic, Cameron Johnson, and Jonas Valanciunas, who are all slated to miss at least the next couple of weeks.
