The United States will likely have a different look at the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026 after it lost to Canada in overtime of the championship game at the 4 Nations Face-Off in February.

The Bruins defenseman was one of the “first six” players named to Team USA’s preliminary roster for the Milano Cortina games. A Long Island native, McAvoy has long said it’s a goal to represent the United States at the Olympics.
