Jo Crowley and Elvira Pollina WARSAW/LONDON (Reuters) - Warner Bros Discovery Inc has received non-binding offers for Polish broadcaster TVN from at least three bidders, sources familiar with the matter and one fund involved told Reuters on Wednesday.

Warner Bros. Discovery, the US media and entertainment company which owns the Polish television station TVN, is reportedly considering at least three offers from companies interested in acquiring the broadcaster.
MediaForEurope bids for Warner Bros Discovery’s TVN
MediaForEurope (MFE) is one of three known bidders for the Polish commercial channel TVN. It’s estimated that the Warner Bros Discovery channel could fetch over $1 billion. The other bidders, first revealed by Reuters, include the Polish businessman, Michal Solowow. His other financial interests range from chemicals to energy.
