Shedeur Sanders didn't take the field at the East-West Shrine Bowl. The star 2025 NFL Draft prospect did, however, drop a hint about his future on the AT&T Stadium turf, telling NFL Media on Thursday that he knows he'll be suiting up in the stadium to play "against the [Dallas] Cowboys" before long.

Sanders had a front-row seat at the Shrine Bowl at AT&T Stadium on Thursday night to watch his brother, Shilo, and other players put on a show for NFL scouts in Dallas. During the middle of the game, Sanders joined the NFL Network broadcast and was asked by reporter Jane Slater what people might not know about him.

In the latest mock from our Christian D’Andrea — a top-five mini-mock — he had Ward going No. 1 to the Tennessee Titans. But in Bucky Brooks’ first NFL.com mock of the season, he had Colorado’s Shedeur Sanders going as the first overall pick to the Titans, with Ward going No. 3 to the New York Giants, who are also desperate for a quarterback.
