PHILADELPHIA — When the NFL Pro Bowl teams were announced on Tuesday, everyone from fans to national media members to Philadelphia Eagles teammates were in agreement: Jordan Davis got snubbed.
The 2025-26 NFL season is winding down, with the penultimate week of the regular season set to kick off with a triple-header on Christmas Day. Week 17 will be do-or-die for several teams that are clinging to their playoff hopes.
Rounding out the list of Cowboys Pro Bowlers is star kicker Brandon Aubrey, who wasted no time establishing himself as one of the best kickers in the league. In fact, Aubrey made league history by earning his spot in the 2026 Pro Bowl Games.
The NFL officially unveiled its Pro Bowl selections on Tuesday, and the Los Angeles Chargers, Los Angeles Rams and the Las Vegas Raiders, will have a strong presence when the 2026 Pro Bowl Games arrive in San Francisco.
The NFL announced the Pro Bowl rosters for the AFC and NFC, and the Philadelphia Eagles had five players make the roster, led by Jalen Carter, who earned back-to-back berths. Cooper DeJean, Quinyon Mitchell, Carter, Cam Jurgens, and Zack Baun have been named to the Pro Bowl.
Edge rushers Jared Verse and Byron Young were also voted in for the event, which is conducted over several days and culminates with a flag football game on Feb. 3 in San Francisco.
Canales said he told his star defensive back the Pro Bowl news in a phone call with him and general manager Dan Morgan, and that the honor is well-deserved: "I see how hard he's working on his body, on his mind, getting himself ready for game day. And it's all paying off."
Connor McGovern finished fifth among centers, Reggie Gilliam was fourth among fullbacks, Cole Bishop was sixth among strong safeties, and Ray Davis was eighth among return specialists. That was the extent of the Bills’ placement in the top 10 of each position.
