Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday graced the Independence Day celebrations of the Maldives as the guest of honour.

The Department of Fisheries and the Ministry of Fisheries and Ocean Resources of the Maldives have signed an MoU to enhance bilateral collaboration in the fields of fisheries and aquaculture.

PM Modi's engagements on the final day will include high-level meetings, a community interaction, and participation in the Maldives’ Independence Day celebrations, where he will attend as the Chief Guest.
