A young boy filmed his father as he was fatally shot in a road rage incident in Arizona, police said. Dustin Jackson, 46, was arrested July 1 on charges of first-degree murder and drive-by-shooting in the death of the motorist, the Tempe Police Department said in a probable cause statement and Arizona’s Family reported.
