Elsewhere in metro Detroit, Apple has stores in Somerset Collection in Troy, Twelve Oaks Mall in Novi, Briarwood Mall in Ann Arbor (although that one is moving outside the mall) and The Mall at Partridge Creek in Clinton Township.

The Apple Store has officially listed a new location to open in downtown Detroit. The store's website did not provide the official address, but said the store will be "coming soon" and it is already hiring.

Apple has confirmed that it is planning to open a retail store in downtown Detroit, as soon as this summer. The Cupertino company confirmed the stores upcoming opening with a hiring notice on the store’s new website.
